By accessing TheNavigatorAbroad.com, purchasing our services, or submitting our intake forms, you confirm that you:

  • Are purchasing for your own personal use and planning purposes

3. Description of Services

3.1 What TRN Is

The Relocation Navigator provides a personalized, done-for-you relocation analysis built around the client's specific business, income, personal situation, and target countries. The analysis is delivered as a written report covering 12 sections:

TRN provides informational and planning content only, based on publicly available information at the time of analysis. 3.3 Eligibility

TRN services are designed for self-employed individuals who own and operate original, independently built businesses. Our services are not designed for:

  • Franchise owners or operators of licensed business models controlled by a franchisor
  • Individuals seeking employment abroad (as opposed to operating their own business)
  • Individuals under the age of 18
We reserve the right to decline service to anyone whose situation falls outside the scope of our service offering. If there is uncertainty about eligibility, contact us before purchasing.

4. The Service Process

4.1

Purchase and Intake

Upon purchase, you will receive three intake forms via email. You must complete and submit all three forms within 2 business days of purchase. Your analysis cannot begin until all three forms are received.

4.2

Analysis and Delivery

Your personalized analysis begins on business day 3 following receipt of all completed intake forms. Your completed report will be delivered to the email address provided at the time of purchase within 5 business days of purchase.

4.3

Accuracy of Information

The accuracy and usefulness of your report depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide in your intake forms. TRN is not responsible for analysis that is inaccurate or incomplete as a result of inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the client.

4.4

Email Delivery

Your report is delivered exclusively to the email address used at the time of purchase. We are unable to redirect delivery to a different email address after purchase.

Please ensure you use a valid, actively monitored email address at checkout.

5. Informational Nature of the Service

All content provided by The Relocation Navigator — including but not limited to reports, analysis, country assessments, cost of living data, visa information, legal and tax overviews, and recommendations — is provided for informational and planning purposes only.

TRN makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information at the time of analysis. However:

  • Country requirements, visa rules, tax laws, and cost of living data change frequently
  • TRN does not guarantee the continued accuracy of any information after the date of delivery
  • TRN is not responsible for decisions made based on information contained in your report
  • TRN is not a licensed legal, tax, immigration, or financial services provider
You acknowledge that relocation decisions involve complex personal, legal, financial, and logistical considerations. You agree to independently verify all critical information and consult licensed professionals before making any relocation decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership

All content, frameworks, methodologies, templates, and materials created by The Relocation Navigator — including but not limited to the analysis framework, prompt systems, and website content — are the intellectual property of Dexability Co. and The Relocation Navigator.

6.2 Your Report

Your personalized report is created for your individual use. You may use, share, and reference your report for your own personal planning purposes.

You may not:

  • Reproduce or redistribute your report for commercial purposes
  • Resell, license, or share your report as a service to others
  • Use your report as the basis for a competing relocation analysis service
  • Remove or alter any branding, disclaimers, or attribution from your report

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Relocation Navigator and Dexability Co. shall not be liable for:

  • Any relocation decisions made based on information contained in your report
  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services
  • Any loss of income, business, or opportunity arising from relocation decisions
  • Any inaccuracies in third-party data sources used in your analysis
  • Any changes in country requirements, visa rules, or tax laws after your report is delivered
  • Any failure to successfully obtain a visa, residency, or other immigration status
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for those services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Relocation Navigator and Dexability Co. from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • Your use of our services
  • Your violation of these Terms of Service
  • Your relocation decisions made based on your report
  • Any inaccurate or misleading information you provided in your intake forms

9. No Guarantee of Outcomes

The Relocation Navigator does not guarantee any specific outcome from your relocation plan, including but not limited to:

  • Visa or residency approval
  • Successful relocation to any target country
  • Achievement of any specific income level or lifestyle outcome abroad
  • Compliance with any country's tax, legal, or immigration requirements
Your report is a planning tool. Outcomes depend on a wide range of personal, legal, financial, and governmental factors beyond our control.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Washington State, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or our services, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith direct communication. If direct resolution is not possible, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Washington State.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Washington Consumer Protection Act or other applicable consumer protection laws.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted at TheNavigatorAbroad.com with a revised effective date. The terms in effect at the time of your purchase apply to your order. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Relocation Navigator regarding your use of our services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
